August Horsch had a car factory (it has creates its mark with his name) when he see his factory is good he decided to sell it and to start again another but the factory remained with the name of Horch (the mark of the cars) then it sold the factory,

But when he wanted to start again another he wanted that she bears his name,

But the owner of the factory which it sold was not agreement because it was the name of its factory then, they made a lawsuit and Horch lost it had to find another name,

one day it was in its office with its lawyers, to discuss this problem, and his/her son who was in the office with him studied Latin and known as his/her father has whom his name “Horsch” wants to say in German LISTENS and whom in Latin there is a word which wants to also say listening “AUDI” then it is as that which mark AUDI was born
